L-Lysine safe during pregnancy??? Hubby has shingles. :P ? - lysine shingles
I just found out that my husband has shingles ... I am 20 weeks pregnant, and I try to take preventive measures to get to avoid. Who knows, if the L-lysine (an amino acid) is safe for me to take? I tried to call my doctor, it can not happen, however. Moreover, no one had herpes while prego? I want to hear your story.

Should not even be in the same house with her husband, especially if you have not had chickenpox before. Herpes zoster is the chickenpox virus, which is very dangerous for the fetus.
Call your doctor now!
